General Terms

As a Royal Pickleball Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

By representing the Royal Pickleball (company), the brands Royal Pickleball represents, offering products for demo purposes sold by Royal Pickleball to pickleball players, and recommending products sold by Royal Pickleball to pickleball players, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

  1. I am 18 years of age or older.
  2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
    1. I will promote and market products sold by Royal Pickleball to clients.
    2. Share brand message with my pickleball clients and, if applicable, social networks.
    3. Purchase products from Royal Pickleball to use for demo purposes with my pickleball clients.
  3. I will receive a commission on orders submitted through the Royal Pickleball online store where my Ambassador Handle is used as a discount code.
  4. I will receive discount on any products purchased using the Demo Discount Code on the Royal Pickleball online store for product demo purposes or my own personal use. I will not use the Demo Discount Code for purposes of gifting or reselling the products to my pickleball clients, friends or family.
  5. If orders are submitted without using my Ambassador Handle as a discount code, I will have the ability to claim the referral by providing the order number obtained from my pickleball client. I understand that Royal Pickleball reserves the right to reject a referral claim without providing a specific reason.
  6. I will not share my Demo Discount Code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the Royal Pickleball Team.
  7. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
  8. I will promote the company on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
  9. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Royal Pickleball Ambassador Program and forfeit any unprocessed referral commission payouts effective immediately.
  10. If I choose to leave the Royal Pickleball Ambassador program, I will forfeit any unprocessed referral commission payouts.
  11. I must be an active***** Royal Pickleball Ambassador to remain in the program.
  12. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
  13. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

Royal Pickleball LLC. (Company) understands and agrees:

  1. Company will compensate the Royal Pickleball Ambassador with a commission on orders submitted through the Royal Pickleball online store where my Ambassador Handle is used as a discount code.
  2. Company will provide the Royal Pickleball Ambassador a Demo Discount Code to be used on any products purchased on the Royal Pickleball online store for product demo purposes or Royal Pickleball Ambassador own personal use. Royal Pickleball Ambassador will not use the Demo Discount Code for purposes of gifting or reselling the products to his/her pickleball clients, friends or family.
  3. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.
